Corporate away days

Picture the scene; your team away from their office environment, surrounded by the forest, the smell of woodsmoke in the air, crackling campfire slowly cooking your lunch, the sounds of nature rather than ringtones and email pings.

Making time together to learn new skills, to relax and unwind and most importantly, having fun! Your staff will be refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired, going back to work with renewed enthusiasm.

“There is no wi-fi in the woods, but we promise you will find a better connection.”

Our Corporate Away Day experiences are for:

  • Businesses who want to increase wellbeing in their workforce
  • Team Managers who want reduced stress for their staff whilst increasing productivity
  • Companies who value corporate social responsibility
  • Organisations that want to celebrate the achievements of their team and show them they are valued

Enjoy healthy, campfire cooked food together. Refreshments and meals can be included, our food is cooked over campfires and special dietary requirements can be catered for. We only use fresh, organic ingredients which feed the body and mind whilst not costing the Earth.

Your Tutor, James Kendall

James is our Head Bushcraft Instructor, certified through the Institute for Outdoor Learning. He is also a qualified Forest School Leader, Social Forester and experienced Woodland Manager.

“My approach to teaching bushcraft has always been with an emphasis on steering my students toward fostering a deeper connection with nature through understanding the landscape around us. Bushcraft skills are an effective way to do this as we learn about using natural materials and how we can live with the land, whilst also connecting with our own ancient past by seeing the land through the eyes of our ancestors.”

Colleagues will learn practical methods for reducing their stress, lowering anxiety and increasing their productivity.
