Gain confidence in finding, harvesting & cooking with wild fungi.
Join our workshop, walk the wild food trail and kickstart your foraging journey.
Bushcraft Tutors & Foragers, Dave & James will be hosting this live webinar workshop showcasing a selection of wild edible mushrooms that are common, identifiable and available in the hedgerow and woodland during Autumn. You will learn about fungi you can find and cook tasty dishes with.
The workshop is aimed at beginners to fungi foraging. You will learn about common fungi that can not be easily mistaken for hazardous species.
This workshop was a smash hit last year during lockdown and people have demanded we run it again. If you came last year there will be some new content for you too as well as revisiting common edible fungi we covered last time. Having a refresher on this complex subject is no bad thing.
A ticket costs just £11. These wild food events are selling quickly, so grab your place whilst you can 🙂 Everyone has loved these workshops so far and they’ve been really popular.
